Privacy Policy
How Perrault Tech collects, uses, and protects your information — in plain language, without the runaround.
Overview
Perrault Tech (“Perrault Tech,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is an AI automation agency based in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, serving businesses across Saskatchewan and Alberta. We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting the personal information you share with us.
This Privacy Policy explains what we collect, why, how we protect it, and the rights you have under Canada’s Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and applicable provincial law. By using our website or services, you consent to the practices described here.
Information We Collect
We collect only what we need to do our work well.
Information you give us — your name, business name, email, phone number, and any details you submit through our contact form, booking widget, or during a discovery call. Information collected automatically — IP address, browser and device type, pages visited, referring URLs, and similar usage data gathered through cookies and analytics. Information from engagements — when you become a client, the business details, authorized account access, billing information, and project materials you provide.
How We Use Your Information
We use your information to respond to inquiries and schedule calls; to provide, operate, and improve our services; to build and manage AI receptionists, marketing campaigns, websites, and automations on your behalf; to process payments; to send service-related communications; and to meet our legal and security obligations.
We do not sell your personal information — ever.
AI, Call Recording & Voice Data
Some of our services — including AI voice receptionists — capture, transcribe, and process telephone calls on behalf of our business clients. When we operate an AI receptionist for a client, we act as a service provider handling caller information under that client’s instructions and privacy practices.
Calls may be recorded and transcribed to book appointments, answer questions, and improve accuracy. Where required by law, callers are notified that a call may be recorded. If you are a caller interacting with an AI agent we operate for a business, that business is the primary custodian of your information — you can contact them, or us, to make a request.
Cookies & Analytics
Our website uses cookies and similar technologies to remember your preferences (such as light or dark theme), understand how visitors use the site, and improve performance. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, though some features may not work as intended. We may use privacy-conscious analytics to measure traffic in aggregate.
How We Share Information
We share information only with trusted third-party processors who help us operate, and only to the extent needed:
Hosting and infrastructure (e.g., Vercel) Scheduling and CRM (e.g., GoHighLevel) Voice AI and telephony providers (e.g., Retell and connected carriers) Payment processors and analytics tools
Each is bound to protect your information and use it only to provide services to us. We may also disclose information if required by law, or to protect our rights, our users, or the public.
Data Retention
We keep personal information only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described here, maintain our business records, and comply with legal obligations. When information is no longer needed, we securely delete or anonymize it.
Data Security
We use industry-standard safeguards — encryption in transit, access controls, and reputable infrastructure providers — to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we work continuously to keep your data safe and to respond quickly if an issue ever arises.
Your Privacy Rights
Under PIPEDA and applicable law, you have the right to access the personal information we hold about you, request corrections, withdraw consent, and ask us to delete information where we have no legal basis to keep it.
To exercise any of these, email Daniel@perraulttech.com and we’ll respond within a reasonable timeframe.
Cross-Border Processing
Some of our service providers may store or process data on servers located outside Canada, including in the United States. Where this occurs, your information may be subject to the laws of those jurisdictions. We choose providers that maintain strong security and privacy standards.
Children’s Privacy
Our services are intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of majority. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy as our services and the law evolve. The “last updated” date above reflects the most recent revision, and material changes will be posted on this page.
